Moflex Feet First Training and Performance
The Moflex Training and Performance Programs optimize the athlete first. To prevent injury and to improve performance an individual needs to train their body first through the seven basic fundamental movement patterns at optimal load. Stance is critical to all other movements because the act of stabilizing a standing position or an athletic stance is performed by centering ones pressure and distributing the correct foot pressure front to back and side to side. This motor control is the foundation to all movement patterns because if you cant stand still correctly you wont be able to move correctly. Mastering these seven patterns allows a user to then extend his or her reach to other variations of these basic patterns. Explore more with Moflex and train your body from your Feet First!

Foot Pressure Distribution is Critical During the Hinge
Hinging is the ability to utilize a full range of motion through the hips. Due to the full range of motion, an immense amount of power can be produced which can fuel human movements, whether its bending over to pick something up, or dead lifting heavy weight. Foot stability and adequate ankle mobility is necessary to facilitate the hip hinge properly in order to protect the spine. Moreover, the hinge, when performed properly, helps protect the back and aids in proper balance in our movement. Moflex trains the body to properly hinge at the hips, by placing the ankle in a dorsiflexed position and starting with proper stance foot pressure distribution. A user’s kinetic chain forces proper hinging mechanics when rooted in this way, stabilizing the movement at the base and ensuring adequate body weight counterbalance.
