Your feet and ankles are the foundation to all baseball specific movements. Correct alignment of the feet, ankles, knees, and hips in baseball is critical for maximizing Ground Reaction Force, building a consistent swing or delivery path, and feeling good after a full game on your feet. The Moflex patented Pyramid Release Technology™ combines a practice device created to improve strength and flexibility in your feet and ankles enhancing your game and placing your entire body in the correct alignment to play your best game.

The feet are extremely important because the pressure distributed through them at the right time during the swing or pitch leads to greater control, velocity, and power. The heels are our accelerators, the toes our brakes, and the transverse arch in the forefoot acts as our steering wheel while swinging or throwing. Moflex is uniquely designed to help the player create the proper amount of pressure from start to finish through the swing or pitch by training the feet when to hit the brakes, steer right or left, and when to hit the gas. Train to swing with more consistency, power, and control.
