MOFLEX IS DESIGNED TO TRAIN YOUR SWING FROM THE GROUND UP

Balance is the foundation of all efficient and athletic motion. Golfers who swing in balance are more powerful and consistent than those out of balance. Poor balance can lead to tension and manipulation of the golf club during the swing.

The Moflex was designed to enhance the golf swing learning process by altering static and dynamic balance positions. Similar to standing on sloping surfaces, the Moflex creates the optimal pressure in the toes and heels, which helps stabilize and support the hips and core areas throughout the swing.

When swinging a golf club within the Moflex, it’s easier to stay in balance and thus an effective way to learn proper rotary motion. Regular usage of the Moflex increases stability and promotes better rhythm and tempo in the swing by helping the core region maintain the center of gravity while in motion.

When you practice on the Moflex you will strengthen your feet and ankles. This will create more flexibility of motion throughout your entire body. You will be able to pivot and rotate correctly on a level plane, adding consistency and power to your golf swing motion. When the Moflex is used with any club, your entire body will achieve every benefit of a correct golf swing motion. You will be able to strengthen all your golf-specific muscles and train them to work as one explosive unit.

DESIGNED TO TRAIN SWING BALANCE:

  • Increased Feet/Ankle Strength and Flexibility

  • Proper Footwork for Shots or Putts

  • Swing Stability/Alignment/Balance

  • Balance Specific Muscles

  • Control of Hip Turn/Breaking/Posting

  • Improve Weight & Force Transfer

  • Overall Swing Mechanics

  • & Much More…

The feet are extremely important because the pressure distributed through them at the right time during the swing leads to improved balance, greater velocity and power.

Molex Feet First Golf Training focuses on the importance of center-of-body pressure and foot distribution pressure during the swing. The optimal swing is achieved when a player can control their body’s center of pressure as well as the pressure transfer and force during the swing.

A body part we often forget about relative to the golf swing is the foot and ankle. In order to generate proper controlled power and balance during the golf swing, a solid base is critical. Something as simple as limited range of motion in the ankle or improper pressure through the feet can be a precursor (or influencer) of characteristics such as loss of posture (especially by standing up/early extension), over-rotation (over-swinging), or too much lateral motion (swaying and sliding).

Golfers lose power by not being able to transfer their weight/pressure correctly from the trail side or “grounded” back leg to the lead side. Also golfer’s who have limited ability in dorsal flexing the ankle have difficulty maintaining their posture, proper foot pressure, and balance find themselves losing their spine angle during the swing.

The heels are our accelerators, the toes the brakes, and the transverse arch in the forefoot act as our steering wheel while swinging. Moflex is uniquely designed to help the player create the proper amount of pressure from start to finish through the swing by training the feet when to hit the brakes, steer right or left, and when to hit the gas. Train to hit your clubs with more accuracy, power, and control. Train irons with linear swings with both feet on the same side of the Moflex or add power with a staggered stance for increased angular force for those long drives.
